To participate in existing working groups under the IEFC. To propose the creation of new working groups. To integrate into a network of research and development centers. To set up transnational projects and facilitate contact with other research and training organizations to organize follow-up exchanges, or benefit from scientific expertise. To set up events and joint publications.
It is obvious that such a project would not make sense without a large north-south extent. It could not therefore take place without good transnational cooperation between Portugal, Spain, France and the United Kingdom. All public partners are research or development organizations. Most of them are already involved in projects on adaptation to climate change. They will therefore constitute a significant work capacity at the European level.
